COOSIS returns policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to give you a full refund, but the original delivery charges are not refunded:

  • You can cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order.
  • If you wish to return your goods for an exchange or a replacement you should contact us within 14 working days from the day after you receive your order
  • You return your item(s) to us in their original condition, with the original box and packaging, with seals and shrink wrap intact and along with any accessories received with it.
  • If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging.
  • The product has not been used or installed.
  • Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.
  • The refund process will start at the day we receive the returned item(s).


Your product must be complete and in "as new" condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories you received with it. with any accessories you received with it. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.


How to cancel an order and return an item:

Orders that cannot be cancelled

We cannot cancel the order(s) for you in below condition(s):

When you return a product without proof of purchase
When the seal has been broken
Goods that were a special order to your specification
Goods are damaged for your reason(s)

What happens if my item is faulty?

Return a faulty product to us with your receipt or invoice
Any refund due to a fault will include a refund of the delivery charge you paid
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 48 working hours of receipt. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt or you are unable to check them before signing, the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked/damaged". Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we'll issue replacement goods or a full refund as requested.
If there is a fault with your product within 28 days of delivery, you will always have the option of an exchange or refund
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will offer a prompt repair service
Consumable items such as non-rechargeable batteries, camera films and ink cartridges are covered by guarantee for 2 months after delivery
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault
